Over the last twenty years, I’ve built products and teams, supported countless career transitioners (being one myself), led manager mentor circles, coached moms returning to work as well as aspiring and new managers, as well as leaders in organizations, looking to maximize their impact. I have been a manager at a mega-corp as well as a leader at a late-stage start-up and have written countless articles about my learnings over the years. I'm an ICF-certified coach (ACC) and iEQ9-certified Enneagram practitioner.
